This week has been another busy one. The team from St. Louis left on Thursday. They worked hard and accomplished a lot. They accused me of trying to kill them, because of the project. They were just joking though. They finished putting the last trim boards on the last day they were here. We had only a couple of big interruptions. One was the roof over the veranda by the wards fell in. This one only took a day to fix. The other one surprised everyone. We took the old ceiling boards in the nurses' room down and we could not believe what we saw. There was a three foot cement and brick wall above the ceiling. It was not supported by anything. Why did it not fall down? The only thing I can think is by the grace of God. We had to brace it and then take it down piece by piece. It only slowed the group down a half of a day. Evidently there used to be a wall there; someone removed the wall and left the part above the ceiling. Why? I don't know. As a group we asked the same question. Otherwise the team did a great job. The nurses and maintenance guys are very happy that that is fixed.
Now that the St. Louis team is gone, the project is redoing the bathroom in the mission house. The last couple of days have been demolition days. Here are some pics.

Let me explain how this whole bath thing is SUPPOSE to work Jesse... I think you've been over there too long! Seriously - so grateful that God protected all of you during the 'fact is often stranger than fiction' demolition project!
